Abstract
Se otorga un método para formar un condensador electrolítico. Si se comprueba que la muestra de mineral sin verificar proviene de uno o más yacimientos mineros de área geográfica libre de conflicto, el método implica convertirla en un ánodo para el condensador electrolítico. El condensador electrolítico puede ser sólido o húmedo.
