Abstract

Se proporciona una lamina de acero galvanizado tratado con fosfato de zinc que tiene una excelente formabilidad en prensa, en la que el desgaste por el troquel que resulta en el agrietamiento de un producto formado durante la formacion en prensa es apropiadamente suprimida incluso cuando se usa, por ejemplo, para parte de automoviles de componentes mayormente integrados recientes o de forma mayormente compleja. La lamina de acero galvanizado tratado con fosfato de zinc que incluye, al menos un lado, un recubrimiento a base de fosfato de zinc que tiene un peso de recubrimiento de 1.0 a 2.0 g/m2, el contenido de Mn de 3.0 a 8.0% en masa, y el contenido de Ni de 0.7 a 1.3% en masa, en donde sobre una superficie del recubrimiento, la rugosidad promedio aritmetica tridimensional Sa es de 0.05 a 0.12 µm y la altura maxima de pico/valle de la superficie tridimensional Sz es 0.4 a 0.9 µm. La lamina de acero galvanizado tratado con fosfato de zinc presenta una alta formabilidad en prensa a traves de las características mejoradas de deslizamiento y propiedades de desgaste por el troquel, una apariencia regular, y una excelente adherencia de la pintura y resistencia a la corrosion despues de pintar.
