Abstract

Un método para incrementar la velocidad de inyección de un dispositivo de inyección de plástico fundido para inyectar dicho plástico fundido en una cavidad de moldeado (51), dicho dispositivo de inyección comprende un primer cilindro (1) provisto con una carcasa tubular (2) que define un diámetro interior d1, y con un primer pistón (3) que se puede deslizar dentro de dicha carcasa tubular (2), adaptada para ser cargada con plástico fundido y para inyectar dicho plástico fundido hacia la cavidad de moldeado (51); un segundo cilindro (21) restringido en el primer cilindro (1) y provisto con un segundo pistón (23) cuya varilla (24) esta conectada al primer pistón (3) y adaptada para accionar dicho primer cilindro (1) durante una operación de inyección; el método comprende los pasos de: - liberar el segundo cilindro (21) y el primer cilindro (1) al extraer el primer pistón (3) de la carcasa tubular (2); - insertar coaxialmente un cuerpo tubular (12) que define un segundo diámetro d3 que es mas pequeño que el primer diámetro interior d1, dentro de la carcasa tubular (2); - desconectar el pistón (3) de la varilla (24); - conectar un tercer pistón (13) a la varilla (24) dicho tercer pistón (13) tiene un tamaño para deslizarse dentro de dicho cuerpo tubular (12); - restringir el segundo cilindro (21) y el primer cilindro (1) al insertar el tercer pistón (3) dentro de la carcasa tubular (2).
