Abstract
um método para aumentar a velocidade de injeção de um dispositivo de injeção de plástico derretido para injetar o dito plástico derretido em uma cavidade de moldagem (51), o dito dispositivo de injeção que compreende: um primeiro cilindro (1) fornecido com um revestimento tubular (2) definindo um primeiro diâmetro interno d 1 , e com um primeiro pistão (3) deslizante dentro do dito revestimento tubular (2), adaptado para ser carregado com plástico derretido e para injetar o dito plástico derretido para a cavidade de moldagem (51); um segundo cilindro (21) restrito ao primeiro cilindro (1) e fornecido com um segundo pistão (23) cuja haste (24) é conectada ao primeiro pistão (3) e adaptada para acionar o dito primeiro cilindro (1) durante uma operação de injeção; o método que compreende as etapas de: - liberar o segundo cilindro (21) e o primeiro cilindro (1) ao extrair o primeiro pistão (3) do revestimento tubular (2); - inserir coaxialmente um corpo tubular (12), definindo um segundo diâmetro interno d 3 que é menor do que o primeiro diâmetro interno d 1 , no revestimento tubular (2); - desconectar o primeiro pistão (3) da haste (24); - conectar um terceiro pistão (13) à haste (24), o dito terceiro pistão (13) sendo dimensionado para deslizar dentro do referido corpo tubular (12); - restringir o segundo cilindro (21) e o primeiro cilindro (1) inserindo o terceiro pistão (3) no revestimento tubular (2).
