Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con una composición de bebida que comprende un componente de mezcla de bebida y un polvo de leche, en donde al menos parte del polvo de leche comprende caseínas y proteínas de suero de leche en donde el polvo de leche tiene un valor de diámetro medio Dv50 de al menos 1 pm medido por difracción láser. La invención se relaciona, además, con un proceso para producir y dispensar tal composición de bebida. Además, se enseña una cápsula que contiene tal composición.
