Abstract

El ensamblaje de rotor de un motor eléctrico generalmente consta de un eje central configurado para rotar alrededor de un eje longitudinal, así como de múltiples separadores que se extienden radialmente hacia afuera desde el eje central, con los separadores firmemente unidos al eje central. Múltiples laminaciones anulares apiladas axialmente están alineadas coaxialmente con el eje central y se sostienen en forma radial en una superficie circunferencial interior por múltiples separadores. Cada uno de los múltiples separadores tiene, en cada extremo axial de las laminaciones anulares apiladas, un primer y un segundo elemento de restricción axial, los cuales se extienden en dirección radial hacia afuera, más allá de la superficie circunferencial interna de las laminaciones anulares apiladas. Las múltiples laminaciones anulares apiladas están comprimidas entre el primer elemento de restricción axial y el segundo elemento de restricción axial, de forma tal que una fuerza de compresión axial se aplica sobre las múltiples laminaciones apiladas.
