Abstract
Los recuperadores de horno de vidrio tienen pares opuestos de paredes laterales y de extremo formados de bloques refractarios, en donde al menos una de las paredes laterales y de extremo del recuperador comprenden una pluralidad entrelazada de bloques refractarios y en donde los bloques refractarios son estructuras prefabricadas de una pieza de autosoporte y soporte de carga de un material refractario. Los tirantes de refuerzo podrían ser proporcionados para conectar, de manera operativa, una pared formada de los bloques refractarios con los tensores de marco proporcionados, de manera externa, para permitir el movimiento relativo entre los bloques refractarios que forman la pared y los tensores de marco (por ejemplo, que podría ser requerido debido a que los bloques experimentan la expansión térmica durante el uso).
