Abstract
Un método para la producción de pellets liofilizados que comprenden el Factor VIII, el cual comprende los pasos de: a) Congelar gotas de una solución que comprende el Factor VIII para formar pellets. b) Liofilización de los pellets. Donde en el paso a) las gotas se forman mediante la solución que comprende el Factor VIII en una torre de enfriamiento, la cual tiene una superficie de pared interna controlable por temperatura y una temperatura interior por debajo de la temperatura de congelación de la solución y en el paso b) los pellets se liofilizan en un tambor giratorio que se encuentra alojado dentro de una cámara de vacío. (Figura 1).
