Abstract

La presente invención se refiere de manera general a crecimiento de bacterias. De manera más específica, la invención se refiere a un método para adaptación de ambiente oxidativo de microorganismos anaeróbicos y su uso para desarrollar nuevos probióticos. En particular, la presente invención proporciona un método para adaptación de microorganismos anaeróbicos y selección de microorganismos anaeróbicos más tolerantes a oxígeno, dicho método comprende los pasos de cultivar dichos microorganismos con una inducción dual gradual de estrés oxidativo vía voltaje aplicado y difusión de oxígeno y un cambio gradual de proporción de concentración de antioxidante/contraparte oxidada para ajustar el estado redox. También se proporcionan nuevas cepas.
