Abstract

В изобретении описан способ селективной стимуляции роста бактерий из группы Lactobacillus casei в смешанной культуре, включающий добавление марганца в среду для культивирования. Указанный способ можно применять, в частности, в случае смешанных культур, объединяющих Lactobacillus casei с йогуртными бактериями.
