Abstract
Procedimiento para calcinar roca de minerales en un horno regenerativo de eje vertical y flujo paralelo, que contiene por lo menos dos ejes (1, 2) interconectados por una canal de transferencia de gas (3), cada eje opera de manera alterna en modo de quemado y en modo de precalentamiento, el modo de quemado comprende una combustión de combustible en presencia de aire a modo de obtener un quemado de la roca para dar roca calcinada, una emisión de gases de combustión, y un paso de estos gases desde un eje hacia el otro por medio de dicho canal (3), el modo de precalentamiento comprende un intercambio de calor entre dicha roca y dichos gases de combustión desde dicho canal (3), este procedimiento comprende adicionalmente una inyección de aire suplementario hacia dicho canal (3) con oxidación de productos sin quemar contenidos en los gases de combustión que pasan a travós de este canal.
