Abstract

Es un objeto de la presente invencion proporcionar un metodo para preparar una composicion de recubrimiento por electrodeposicion cationica que contiene un compuesto de bismuto, y es excelente en la estabilidad del material de recubrimiento, la capacidad de curado, el aspecto de la pelicula de recubrimiento; el metodo para preparar una composicion de recubrimiento por electrodeposicion cationica segun la presente invencion incluye una etapa de mezclar una emulsion de resina (i) y una pasta de dispersion de pigmento (ii), en la que la emulsion de resina (i) contiene una resina aminada (A) y un agente de curado de isocianato bloqueado (B), la pasta de dispersion de pigmento (ii) contiene un liquido de mezcla de bismuto (C) que contiene un compuesto de bismuto (c1), un acido organico (c2) y un solvente; una resina de dispersion de pigmento (D); un acido polivalente (E); y un pigmento (F), la composicion de recubrimiento por electrodeposición cationica se prepara mediante: un liquido de mezcla de bismuto (C) preparando la etapa de mezclar el compuesto de bismuto (c1), el acido organico (c2) y el solvente para preparar el liquido de mezcla de bismuto (C); y una pasta de dispersion de pigmento (ii) preparando la etapa de mezclar el liquido de mezcla de bismuto resultante (C), la resina de dispersion de pigmento (D) y el acido polivalente (E) para preparar un liquido de dispersion de bismuto y luego mezclar el liquido de dispersion de bismuto resultante y el pigmento (F) para preparar la pasta de dispersion de pigmento (ii).
