Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con un método para la detección y cuantificación múltiple y simultánea de cualquier combinación de los herpesvirus humanos de los géneros beta y gamma: Virus de Epstein-Barr (VEB), Citomegalovirus (CMV), Herpesvirus humano tipo 6 (HVH6), Herpesvirus humano tipo 7 (HVH7) y Virus de Sarcoma de Kaposi (VSK) y del gen endógeno humano beta-actina mediante reacción de amplificación de ADN usando la reacción en cadena de la polimerasa múltiplex en tiempo real.
