Abstract

Un método para el maquinado automatizado de componentes de engranajes (10) en un dispositivo global (100) que comprende las etapas siguientes: a) maquinar un componente de engranaje (BT) en una máquina talladora de engranajes (150), b) efectuar una prueba en línea (iM) del componente de engranaje después del maquinado, en donde la prueba en línea (iM) se lleva a cabo en un dispositivo de prueba en línea dispuesto en o sobre la máquina talladora de engranajes (150), o en donde la prueba en línea (iM) se efectúa en un dispositivo de prueba en línea separado y proporciona al menos un valor de prueba, c) efectuar una comparación de el al menos un valor de prueba con al menos un valor predeterminado, d) si la etapa c) es positiva, entonces descargar el componente de engranaje como una parte correcta (GT), e) si la etapa c) es negativa, entonces f) transferir el componente de engranaje a un dispositivo de medición externo para llevar a cabo una medición fuera de línea (oM), g) llevar a cabo la medición fuera de línea (oM) del componente de engranaje, en donde la medición fuera de línea (oM) proporcionar al menos un valor medido, h) llevar a cabo una comparación del valor medido con el valor de prueba, i) si la etapa h) no resulta en una desviación del valor medido del al menos un valor de prueba, o solamente en una desviación con un límite predeterminado, entonces efectuar automáticamente una adaptación de la prueba en línea (iM).
