Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un método para producir una proteína recombinante en una célula hospedadora, que comprende añadir polietilenimina (PEI) durante el cultivo celular. La adición de PEI al cultivo celular como potenciador de la fermentación puede dar como resultado una reducción de la viscosidad del cultivo celular y/o un aumento de la concentración extracelular de la proteína recombinante y/o una reducción de la duración del cultivo celular hasta el momento de recolección o recuperación de la proteína.
