Abstract
Se describe un método de soldeo, para reducir la tensión debida al estiramiento de la tubería, para una tubería aislada de doble pared en el fondo del pozo. La tubería comprende una tubería interior, una tubería exterior, anillos separadores de acero y material aislado adaptado llenando el espacio anular. El soldeo especial enlaza los extremos de las tuberías interior y exterior, formando una junta metálica flexible, lograda a través del uso de materiales de adición con una composición química específica durante el proceso de soldeo. La tubería interior se calienta y se extiende antes de llevar a cabo el soldeo de los tubos. El punto soldado es lo suficientemente fuerte para mantener en su lugar el tubo interior cuando se enfría, creando una tensión hacia dentro en el tubo. De esta forma, cuando el vapor fluye a través de la tubería durante la operación, el calor estira el tubo hasta que la dirección de la tensión es hacia afuera, después la tensión se vuelve ahora de aproximadamente la mitad de la tensión normal aplicada a la junta de soldadura del tubo con el proceso de soldeo normal.
