Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a moléculas de unión monoméricas y multiméricas que pueden unirse específicamente a hemaglutinina (HA) de al menos dos cepas del virus influenza A, comprendiendo dichas cepas HA de dos subtipos de HA diferentes del grupo filogenético 2; o que pueden unirse específicamente a hemaglutinina (HA) de al menos una cepa del virus influenza A del grupo filogenético 1 y al menos una cepa del virus influenza A del grupo filogenético 2; o que pueden unirse específicamente a hemaglutinina (HA) de al menos una cepa del virus influenza B. Las moléculas de unión preferiblemente también pueden neutralizar al menos dos cepas del virus influenza A del grupo filogenético 2; o pueden neutralizar al menos una cepa del virus influenza A del grupo filogenético 1 y al menos una cepa del virus influenza A del grupo filogenético 2; o pueden neutralizar específicamente al menos una cepa del virus influenza B.
