Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a formas cristalinas novedosas de maleato de Neratinib y el método de preparación de las mismas; las formas cristalinas novedosas de maleato del compuesto de la Fórmula (I) en la presente invención tienen alta solubilidad, buena estabilidad, buena procesabilidad, fácil procedimiento post-tratamiento y otras propiedades favorables; el método de preparación es simple, de bajo costo, y tiene un valor importante para la optimización y desarrollo futuros del fármaco. (ver Fórmula).
