Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a una dispersión acuosa de poliuretano-poliurea (PD) que tenga partículas de poliuretano-poliurea, presentes en la dispersión, que tengan un tamaño de partículas promedio de 40 a 2000 nm, y que tengan una fracción de gel de al menos un 50%, susceptible de obtenerse mediante (I) la preparación de una composición (Z) que comprende, en base en cada caso a la cantidad total de la composición (Z), (Z.1) 15 a 65 % en peso de al menos un intermediario que contiene grupos isocianato y que tiene grupos amino primarios bloqueados, donde su preparación comprende la reacción (Z.1.1) de al menos un pre polímero de poliuretano que contiene grupos isocianato y que comprende grupos aniónicos y/o grupos que pueden convertirse en grupos aniónicos, con (Z.1.2) al menos una poliamida que comprende al menos dos grupos amino bloqueados y al menos un grupo amino secundario libre, mediante la reacción de incorporación de grupos isocianato (Z.1.1) con grupos amino secundarios libres de (Z.1.2), (Z.2) 35 a 85 % en peso de al menos un disolvente orgánico que posea una solubilidad en agua de no más del 38% en peso a una temperatura de 20°C, (II) la dispersión de la composición (Z) en fase acuosa, y (III) al menos el retiro parcial del al menos un disolvente orgánico (Z.2) de la dispersión obtenida en (II). La presente invención se refiere también a materiales de recubrimiento base que comprenden la dispersión (PD), y a sistemas de pintura de capas múltiples producidos mediante la utilización de los materiales de recubrimiento base.
