Abstract
Se describen un serpentín de Generador de Vapor de un Solo Paso (OTSG) (52) y método, que comprende una pluralidad de conductos de serpentín verticalmente arreglados (90) en un generador de vapor de recuperación de calor (HRSG) horizontal que reemplaza un evaporador HP de circulación natural tradicional para producir vapor supercrítico. El OTSG comprende un sistema de cabezal de igualación inferior (130) que promueve la estabilidad del sistema en múltiples condiciones de operación. El cabezal de igualación permite un flujo de fluido parcial desde la ruta de flujo curva de serpentín inferior (120) a través de un conducto de igualación (125) en el cabezal de igualación (130). También se describen: un dispositivo de restricción de flujo en los conductos de serpentín; la estructura de drenaje de los conductos de serpentín a través del cabezal de igualación, una sección de expansión de drenaje para adaptar los esfuerzos, y conexiones de derivación de drenaje; y el flujo a través de los conductos de serpentín en las direcciones corriente arriba y corriente abajo, direcciones de flujo mezcladas y direcciones longitudinalmente escalonadas.
