Abstract

Se muestran y describen un método y un dispositivo para fabricar una moldura de fibra (F), en particular un elemento de cabezal o de base para recipientes de empacado de bebidas. Con el fin de fabricar una moldura de fibra (F) con una estructura y calidad superficial mejoradas, donde no ocurran fibras que sobresalgan y se logre cualquier tipo de geometrías redondeadas, se proponen las siguientes etapas: - inmersión de un alambre formador dispuesto en un sujetador de herramienta en una suspensión de pulpa; - elevación del sujetador de herramienta para mover el alambre formador recubierto fuera de la suspensión de pulpa completamente; - compresión del material de fibra en el área del borde circunferencial del alambre formador mediante inflado de un collar circunferencial; - liberación de la presión en el collar; y - remoción de la moldura de fibra. Un dispositivo correspondiente para fabricar una moldura de fibra (F), en particular un elemento de cabezal o de base para recipientes de empacado de bebidas, con un sujetador de herramienta (4) y un alambre formador (1) dispuesto en éste, presenta un collar circunferencial (9) el cual se extiende debajo del borde del alambre formador (1) y se puede inflar de una posición básica a una posición de trabajo.
