Abstract
La presente invención se refiere a un procedimiento de fabricación de un árbol de transmisión (1) que consta de un cuerpo (2) de material compuesto y una pieza de acoplamiento (3) en un extremo del cuerpo (2), dicha pieza de acoplamiento (3) es hueca y, en su superficie interior, presenta acanaladuras (4), el fondo (6) de las acanaladuras (4) delimita el contorno de un círculo de diámetro D2 y la cabeza (5) de las acanaladuras (4) delimita el contorno de un círculo de diámetro Dl, caracterizado porque dicho procedimiento incluye, sucesivamente, las etapas de: - puesta a disposición de un mandril (10) que consta de una parte extensible (12) y una parte no extensible (11); - realización del cuerpo (2) mediante devanado de filamentos de fibras impregnadas previamente alrededor del mandril (10); - colocación de la pieza de acoplamiento (3) alrededor del cuerpo (2) a la altura de la parte extensible (12) del mandril (10); - expansión de la parte extensible (12) del mandril (10) a fin de rellenar el fondo (6) de las acanaladuras (4) con las fibras previamente impregnadas del cuerpo (2); - curado del cuerpo (2) provisto de la pieza de acoplamiento (3).
