Abstract
La invención se refiere a un colector (1) con sección transversal circular con un ángulo de desviación de 180 grados para un intercambiador de calor de haz de tubos (100) para grandes presiones de producto, con una primera y una segunda brida (2; 3) en cada entrada (E) y salida (A) del colector (1) así como a un método de producción para uno y a un intercambiador de calor de haz de tubos (100) con un colector (1) de estos y al uso de un intercambiador de calor de haz de tubos (100) para grandes presiones de producto con un colector (1) de estos en una instalación de secado por pulverización. El objeto de la presente invención es crear un colector para un intercambiador de calor de haz de tubos para grandes presiones de producto que entre otras cosas tiene la resistencia necesaria y estabilidad dimensional duradera y que en el curso de su fabricación se puede optimizar en términos de tecnología de flujo. Esto se logra para un colector (1) entre otras cosas porque el colector (1) esta constituido de dos mitades de colector (1.1, 1.2) monolíticas, porque cada mitad de colector (1.1, 1.2) tiene en su extremo remoto de la brida (2, 3) un punto de unión (V), porque las mitades de colector (1.1, 1.2) se conectan una con otra con unión positiva en el punto de unión (V) asociado, porque la extensión de las secciones transversales de paso de cada mitad de colector (1.1, 1.2) es formada mediante aberturas de paso rotativamente simétricas de las cuales por una parte al menos una se extiende de la brida (2, 3) y por otra parte al menos una se extiende del punto de unión (V) asociado en disposición coaxial respectiva sobre ejes de rotación (X1.1, Y1.1; X1.2, Y1.2), y porque el primero y el segundo eje de rotación (X1.1 e Y1.1) de las aberturas de paso de las primera mitad de colector (1,1) y el tercero y el cuarto eje de rotación (X1.2, Y1.2) de las aberturas de paso de la segunda mitad de colector (1.2) se extienden en un plano común que constituye un plano meridiano (M) para cada brida (2, 3).
