Abstract

El procedimiento de mantenimiento de una instalación de electrolisis comprende las etapas de: - Identificación de anomalías en los electrodos - Extracción, retirada y sustitución de los electrodos con anomalía desde las cubas electrolíticas de la nave hasta la zona de reparación y sustitución. - Reposición de nuevos electrodos siendo la extracción, retirada y sustitución de los electrodos así como la reposición de nuevos electrodos realizadas mediante una grúa auxiliar, grúa que comprende: - Una Estructura Principal - Un Sistema de Traslación Longitudinal - Un Sistema de Elevación Principal - Un Sistema de Recogida de Electrodos La grúa auxiliar automática se utiliza para el mantenimiento en una casa de celdas electrolíticas, mientras que la función del Puente Grúa Auxiliar Automático consiste en el manejo y labores de inspección y mantenimiento de Electrodos identificando anomalías en los electrodos situados en las cubas.
