Abstract
El método consiste en someter por lo menos una parte de la pieza de trabajo a un primer paso en el cual por lo menos un rayo láser se mueve en por lo menos una pasada sobre dicha parte, hasta que la capa superficial de la parte en cuestión se transforma en parte o en su totalidad, y hasta que la distribución de la concentración de nitrógeno en la zona de difusión se modifica. El método además consiste en someter la parte tratada por lo menos mediante láser para transformar la capa superficial, a un segundo paso, en el cual por lo menos un rayo láser se mueve en por lo menos una pasada sobre dicha parte, de manera que se permite la concentración de oxígeno en la capa de difusión subyacente.
