Abstract

Se proporcionan: un método de tratamiento de la superficie de un intercambiador de calor mediante el cual es posible formar una película hidrofílica que exhibe una hidrofilicidad extremadamente alta (súper-hidrofilicidad) y por lo tanto también tiene un excelente mantenimiento de la hidrofilicidad así como excelente adhesión de la película hidrofílica y una superficie metálica en un estado en el que la humedad de adhiere a la película hidrofílica; un material de aleta de aluminio en el que se forma una película hidrofílica en la superficie de una aleta mediante el método antes mencionado; y un intercambiador de calor de aluminio que usa el material de aleta de aluminio; en la presente invención, una superficie metálica se recubre con una película hidrofílica usando un agente de tratamiento hidrotilizante que contiene una resina hidrofílica y micropartículas entrelazantes, y que contiene una resina (met)acrílica específica, alcohol polivinílico, y una resina de polialquilen éter que tiene un peso molecular específico como la resina hidrofílica, la combinación de cada componente se ajusta en un intervalo específico.
