Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con biomarcadores de microvesículas extracelulares para la determinación del estado de transformación tumoral o la presencia de un tumor en un sujeto, con los usos de estos biomarcadores y con métodos de compuestos de diagnóstico al utilizar estos biomarcadores. En particular, los métodos y usos de la invención implican el aislamiento de vesículas extracelulares positivas a TM9SF4 y la detección de la expresión de un segundo biomarcador, seleccionado de preferencia del grupo que consiste en la proteína CD9, miR-21 y RNU6.
