Abstract
Una composición y proceso para hacer espuma de poliisocianurato o poliuretano utilizando una composición de catalizador que comprende por lo menos un catalizador de carboxilato de bismuto y uno o más co-catalizadores seleccionados del grupo de carboxilatos de metal alcalino y sales de carboxilato de amonio cuaternario, tal que la espuma resultante tiene propiedades de aislamiento mejoradas. Las espumas de poliisocianurato o poliuretano producidas mediante esta composición de catalizador y método son útiles para material de tabla laminado, paneles de construcción, aislamiento de electrodomésticos y aislamiento aplicado con rocío.
