Description

Claims (28)
- 空洞を寸法安定な発泡性ポリウレタンまたはポリイソシアヌレート発泡体系で充填する方法であって、前記空洞の内壁を湾曲させたり、発泡前に前記空間の底部の亀裂から滲出することのない方法であり、以下の工程を含む、方法:
前記空洞に寸法安定な二成分のポリウレタンまたはポリイソシアヌレート発泡体を加える工程であって、前記発泡体が、有効量の少なくとも1つの発泡剤(その不燃性混和性混合物および不燃性共沸混合物を含む)、前記発泡剤が以下の式(I)を含む:

- 請求項1の方法であって、式(I)が、HFC-245fa、HFC-365mfc、HBA-2、FEA-1100、AFA-L1、AFA-L2、それらの不燃性混和性混合物(但し、前記不燃性混和性混合物は約5〜50℃の間の沸点を有し、かつ0.05以下のオゾン層破壊係数を有する)および不燃性共沸混合物(但し、前記不燃性共沸混合物は約5〜50℃の間の沸点を有し、かつ0.05以下のオゾン層破壊係数を有する)よりなる群から選択され、さらに式(I)が前記発泡剤の主要量である、方法。
- 請求項3の方法であって、前記発泡剤の沸点が約10〜40℃の間である、方法。
- 請求項4の方法であって、前記反応プロフィールのゲルおよび粘着時間が約60秒未満である、方法。
- 請求項5の方法であって、前記反応プロフィールのゲルおよび粘着時間が約45秒未満である、方法。
- 請求項6の方法であって、ポリオール成分が、ハロゲン化芳香族ポリオールを含む、方法。
- 請求項7の方法であって、前記ポリオール成分が、さらに、少なくとも4つの官能基を有するスクロースポリエーテルポリオールを含む、方法。
- 請求項8の方法であって、前記ポリオール成分が、さらに、少なくとも3つの異なる触媒を含む、方法。
- 請求項9の方法であって、前記発泡剤の蒸気圧が、75°F(24℃)で約5 psi(34.5 kPa)〜30 psi(206.9 kPa)である、方法。

イソシアネート;
ハロゲン化芳香族ポリオール;
少なくとも4つの官能基を有するスクロースポリエーテルポリオール;および
少なくとも3つの異なる触媒
を含み、前記発泡体系は寸法安定的である、発泡体系。 - 請求項22又は23の発泡体系であって、前記少なくとも3つの異なる触媒が、2つのアミン系触媒および1つのスズ系触媒を含む、発泡体系。
- 請求項24の発泡体系であって、少なくとも1種の第2の不燃性共発泡剤をさらに含有し、前記少なくとも1種の第2の不燃性共発泡剤は、約5〜50℃の間の沸点を有し、かつ0.05以下のオゾン層破壊係数を有し、前記少なくとも1種の第2の不燃性共発泡剤の混和性混合物および共沸混合物を含有する、発泡体系。
