Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a una composición que comprende al menos un oligosacárido fucosilado, para usar en la prevención de alergias y/o tratamiento de alergias y/o reducción de la ocurrencia o el riesgo de alergias en un infante o un niño joven nacido de una madre deficiente en al menos un oligosacárido fucosilado o alimentado con una leche materna deficiente en al menos un oligosacárido fucosilado. Se prevé el uso de la composición en fórmulas infantiles, leche fortificante o alimento para niños.
