Abstract

El sustrato puede incluir un tratamiento para aumentar la constante dieléctrica a partir de la constante dieléctrica del sustrato sin el tratamiento. La humedad del artículo puede configurarse para exhibir una constante dieléctrica de al menos 50 y hasta un 600 % mayor que la constante dieléctrica del mismo artículo con solamente la humedad de fondo.
