Abstract

Recubrimientos para huevos con cáscara que mejoran la fortaleza y resistencia al quebrantamiento de huevos procesados. Los recubrimientos incluyen resinas naturales de grado alimenticio tales como laca, mezclas de parafina y ceras de abejas, y emulsiones de polímero de grado alimenticio tal como poliacetato de vinilo.
