Abstract
Se divulgan un vehículo de motor híbrido suave 100 y un método para reducir el consumo de combustible del mismo, en el que los límites de velocidad superior e inferior del motor se establecen en base a si el estado de una carga de una batería de 142 conectada eléctricamente a un generador de arranque integrado 140 es suficientemente alto para permitir que el generador de arranque integrado 140 sea capaz de proporcionar un impulso de par temporal a un motor 105 del vehículo de motor 100. Si el estado de carga de la batería 142 es lo suficientemente alto para permitir un impulso de par temporal, entonces los límites de velocidad superior e inferior del motor se reducen desde los límites superior e inferior de referencia (NUL) y (NLL) a los límites superior e inferior ajustados (NULajust) y (NLLajust), lo que de ese modo reduce el consumo de combustible del motor 105 sin afectar negativamente a la severidad de las vibraciones.
