Abstract

Se proveen métodos para crear varias estructuras de control definidas por láser, sobre dispositivos de alivio de presión que utilizan un láser que tiene un campo de visión que es menor que las dimensiones globales de la estructura definida por láser a ser fresada al dispositivo de alivio de presión. Los métodos involucran en general dividir la superficie de trabajo del dispositivo en una pluralidad de mosaicos, dentro de los cuales un segmento particular de la estructura de control será fresada. Después del fresado de un segmento de la estructura de control en un mosaico, el dispositivo de alivio de presión y/o láser es reposicionado, de tal manera que se puede crear un segmento de estructura de control en otro mosaico.
