Abstract
Una combinación farmacéutica que comprende: (a) un inhibidor de fosfatidilinositol-3-quinasa seleccionado a partir de 2-metil-2-[4-(3-metil-2-oxo-8-quinolin.-3-il-2,3-dihidro-imidazo[ 4,5-c]quinolin-1-il)-fenil]-propionitrilo, 5-(2 6-di-morfolin-4-il-pirimidin-4-il)-4-trifuorometil-piridin-2-ilam ina, 2-amida 1-({4-metil-5-[2-(2,2,2-tri-fluoro-1,1-dimetil-etil)p iridin-4-il]-tiazol-2-il}amida) del ácido (S)-pirrolidin-1,2-dicar boxílico o cualquier sal farmacéuticamente aceptable de los mismos, y (b) un inhibidor de la quinasa del linfoma anaplásico, particularmente para uso en el tratamiento o prevención de una enfermedad proliferativa; usos de tal combinación en el tratamiento o prevención de enfermedades proliferativas; composiciones farmacéuticas de la combinación de dichos agentes terapéuticos y métodos de tratamiento de una enfermedad proliferativa en un sujeto que comprende administrar a dicho sujeto una cantidad terapéuticamente efectiva de dicha combinación.
