Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un nuevo método para determinar la concentración de cobre "libre" en suero, es decir, la porción de cobre del suero no estructuralmente unido a ceruloplasmina. La presente invención se refiere también a un método con un alto grado de sensibilidad y precisión para la determinación de cobre libre en muestras de suero de pacientes con enfermedad de Alzheimer.
