Abstract
Aquí se divulga un método para formar una película delgada multi-capa depositando partículas objetivo, separadas de un objetivo mediante descarga de plasma de gas inerte, sobre un objeto de metal utilizando un aparato de deposición de película delgada multi-capa y una película delgada multi-capa formada a través del método. De manera más específica, se utiliza un aparato de deposición por pulverización como el aparato de deposición de película delgada multi-capa. El método incluye recubrir un objeto de metal con una capa de recubrimiento, depositar al menos una capa de mejoramiento de dureza sobre la capa de recubrimiento, y depositar una capa de color sobre al menos una capa de mejoramiento de dureza.
