Abstract

En la presente invención se describe un agente de cristalización para el tratamiento superficial de piedra que comprende 0.5-5 % en peso de cera de poliolefina, 10-30 % en peso de ácido fluorosilícico o un fluorosilicato, 1-6 % en peso de un acondicionador ácido, 0.5-5 % en peso de un agente de secado rápido y el resto agua; en donde la cera de poliolefina se añade en forma de una emulsión, y el contenido de sólidos de la emulsión de cera de poliolefina está en un intervalo de 20 % a 60 %. El agente de cristalización de la presente invención puede usarse para el tratamiento de acabado cristalino de piedra incluyendo mármol, terrazo o granito especial, cuyo agente de cristalización puede usarse para endurecer y abrillantar al mismo tiempo la superficie de un piso de piedra, para proporcionar el acabado cristalino del piso con alto brillo a la vez que se obtiene la protección del piso, y le proporciona una propiedad de antiderresbalamiento mejorada. Mientras tanto, la superficie de la piedra tratada tiene propiedades mecánicas mejoradas, y mejor resistencia al desgaste y corrosión química, y es difícil que penetren manchas solubles en agua en el interior de la piedra. La superficie de la piedra tratada con el agente de cristalización de la presente invención puede limpiarse con agua, por lo que el mantenimiento es conveniente y rápido, y se reducen los costos de mantenimiento en comparación con el tratamiento de encerado convencional.
