Abstract

Se proporciona una herramienta de corte que tiene una alta resistencia al desgaste y resistencia a la fractura al reducir la ocurrencia de agrietamiento térmico en un borde de corte incluso durante el proceso de corte de una aleación resistente al calor en la que el borde de corte alcanza altas temperaturas. La herramienta de corte se fabrica a partir de carburo cementado que se compone principalmente de una fase WC y contiene 11.5-12.5% por masa de Co y 0.2-0.6% por masa de Cr en términos de Cr3C2. La fase de WC tiene un tamaño de partícula promedio de 0.85-1.05 µm, una fuerza antimagnética (Hc) de 13.0-16.0 kA/m, y una dureza Rockwell (HRA) de 89.5-90.5.
