Abstract

La unidad de infusión comprende un receptáculo (25, 27) para captar por lo menos un ingrediente en forma a granel para la preparación de una bebida, así como también un pistón de preparación (33) dispuesto para la inserción en el receptáculo y formar una cámara de preparación con el mismo. El pistón de preparación (33) está provisto de un mecanismo de sellado (35) para el acoplamiento deslizante y sellador con una pared interior del receptáculo cuando el pistón de preparación está en el receptáculo. Un accionador hidráulico (51) controla el movimiento del pistón de preparación (33) con el fin de ajustar el volumen de la cámara de preparación al mover el pistón de preparación en una posición de preparación dentro del receptáculo. Un circuito de suministro de agua caliente (39) se proporciona además, para suministrar agua caliente en el interior de la cámara de preparación y realizar un ciclo de preparación.
