Abstract

[Problema] Prevenir la no uniformidad, desviación o variación en la distribución de densidad de la suspensión de yeso sobre un papel base para una tabla de yeso al reducir el arremolinado de la suspensión de yeso que fluye sobre el papel base para una tabla de yeso. [Solución] Un dispositivo de mezclado y agitación (10) para suspensión de yeso tiene un alojamiento circular (20) para formar una región de amasado, y también tiene un placa rotatoria (32) colocada dentro del alojamiento. El dispositivo de mezclado y agitación (10) además tiene un pasaje de tubo (50, 90, 95, 96, 97, 97') para suministrar suspensión sobre el papel base (1) para una tabla de yeso. Una tolva tiene porciones de pasaje de flujo (60, 61, 91, 92) que se proporcionan con secciones transversales de pasaje de flujo asimétricas con respecto al eje central (C, Ci) del pasaje de tubo, o alternativamente, la tolva tiene porciones de pasaje de flujo (98, 99) en las cuales la posición del eje central del pasaje de tubo se cambia al cambiar o desplazar las secciones transversales de pasaje de flujo. Un flujo arremolinado axialmente simétrico que se genera como un flujo arremolinado en tubo (F) dentro del pasaje de tubo se colapsa en las porciones de pasaje de flujo, y como resultado, la suspensión de yeso (3) que fluye sobre el papel base para una tabla de yeso sustancialmente no fluye en un movimiento arremolinado que causa la no uniformidad o inestabilidad de la distribución de densidad.
