Abstract
Se describen ejemplos de métodos para calibrar instrumentos montados en válvula, tales como un controlador de posición y/o un transmisor de posición. Un método descrito en la presente incluye asegurar una posición de un miembro de control de flujo de un montaje de válvula de control para prevenir el movimiento del miembro de control de flujo e instalar un controlador en el ensamblaje de válvula de control. El método incluye activar una interfaz de usuario del controlador luego de haber acoplado el controlador al ensamblaje de válvula de control, ingresar un valor de sensibilidad del sensor de posición y un valor de posición única representativo de la posición asegurada del miembro de control de flujo, ingresar un valor de calibración de posición única, colocar el controlador en modo de control y liberar la posición del miembro de control de flujo para que el controlador se auto calibre durante la operación del ensamblaje de válvula según el valor de sensibilidad del sensor de posición y el valor de posición única, mientras que el ensamblaje de válvula de control se encuentra operativo.
