Abstract

Se describe un dispositivo para generar un campo electromagnético de radiofrecuencia alterno en un área de trabajo (3) que comprende un aplicador (2) para emitir el campo electromagnético en el área de trabajo (3), un oscilador (4) para proveer un voltaje alterno (VRF) y corriente eléctrica (IRF) que tiene un valor predeterminado y una frecuencia predeterminada al aplicador (2), medios de fuente de alimentación (5) para suministrar un voltaje sustancialmente de DC (VCC) al oscilador (4), medios de control (6) asociados con los medios de fuente de alimentación (5) para controlar los parámetros eléctricos del voltaje de CA, la corriente de CA y/o la frecuencia provista al aplicador (2) por el oscilador (4).
