Abstract
Una válvula (1) de alta presión de cuatro válvulas comprende de una manera conocida un accionador (2) y una parte de bomba (3) con un pistón (6) capaz de mover un cilindro (9) Se arreglan dos bloques de cilindros (10, 11) en los extremos del cilindro (9), bloques a través de los cuales corre un conducto de transición (12, 13) La entrada (24) para el medio que se va a bombear se proporciona en la parte de alojamiento de entrada (17). Un conducto (22) del medio que se comunica con la entrada (24) se extiende a través de la parte de alojamiento de entrada (17), conducto en el cual se arregla una válvula de no retorno (25,26) en cualquier lado de la abertura para la entrada (24) y que se comunica en cada extremo opuesto con el interior del cilindro (9) mediante un conducto de transición (12,13) de un bloque de cilindros (10, 11). Una parte de alojamiento de salida (18) se construye de una manera similar, pero tiene una salida (27) para el medio que se va a bombear en lugar de la entrada (24). La parte de alojamiento de entrada (17) y/o la parte de alojamiento de salida (18) se sujeta de forma desmontable a los bloques de cilindros (10, 11) lateralmente de una manera al que se puede remover sin desmantelar adicionalmente la parte de bomba (3). Esto permite que la bomba (1) de alta presión de cuatro válvulas se separe en unidades más pequeñas, más ligeras para propósitos de transporte. Adicionalmente, esta hace más fácil el servicio de las válvulas de no retorno (25, 26, 28, 29).
