Abstract

Un aparato de procesamiento de cable eléctrico 100 incluye un primer detector de estado de cable eléctrico 112 que detecta un estado de un cable eléctrico revestido 150 en base a la posición de una cuchilla 104 detectada por un detector de posición de cuchillas 106 y una señal de frecuencia alta detectada por un detector de señal 110.
