Abstract
Se presentan sistemas y métodos para la transición gradual eficiente (u otros múltiples procesamientos de clip) de los flujos comprimidos de información de dominio en un dispositivo de usuario o cliente, tales como un teléfono, tableta, computadora o reproductor MP3, o cualquier dispositivo de consumo con reproducción de audio. Los sistemas de implementación de ejemplo podrían proporcionar la transición gradual entre los flujos de información AAC/Mejorado AAC Plus (EAACPlus) o entre los flujos de información MP3 o incluso entre los flujos de información de los formatos no acoplados (por ejemplo, AAC con MP3 o MP3 con AAC). Además, estos sistemas son distinguidos por el hecho que la transición gradual es directamente aplicada a los flujos comprimidos de bits, de modo que una única operación de decodificación podría ser realizada sobre el flujo resultante de bits.
