Abstract
Un sistema de control de posición para una estación de trabajo de selección manual que tiene una pluralidad de recipientes de componentes incluye un dispositivo de luz y un controlador de proceso. El dispositivo de luz proyecta un haz de luz a lo largo de un plano. El controlador de proceso incluye un procesador y memoria que contiene una secuencia de montaje calibrada y coordenadas de recipiente predeterminadas para cada uno de los recipientes de componentes. El controlador de proceso también determina las coordenadas de recipiente correspondientes de un recipiente esperado vía la secuencia de montaje calibrada, compara las coordenadas 2D determinadas con las coordenadas de recipiente correspondientes, y ejecuta una acción de control cuando las coordenadas determinadas no coinciden con las coordenadas de recipiente correspondientes. El dispositivo de luz puede ser un escáner de láser oscilante o láseres fijos.
