Description

DIFFUSER OF THE FLAME GAS BURNER FOR EQUIPMENT KITCHEN FIELD OF THE INVENTION The present invention generally relates to a diffuser of the gas burner of the flame used in kitchen equipment, more preferably in domestic stoves, comprising technical and functional characteristics capable of improving the efficiency of the burners. More particularly, said diffuser, according to the present invention, comprises a structure provided with ducts or channels formed on the surface on which the bottom of a cooking utensil of the kitchen equipment is placed, thereby increasing the levels of transfer of heat.
BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The stoves and kitchen equipment generally known in the state of the art comprise a series of burners where the kitchen utensils are placed, where a configuration of said burners is provided to produce a flame capable of heating the bottom of the utensil and, preferably, such heating should be as uniform as possible.
In this way, to improve the burners of the state of the art, it should be noted that the kitchen equipment manufacturers are trying to develop parts and accessories for such equipment that, in any way, are capable of positively influencing its operation, since be in relation to the efficiency, practicality and economy or in the heating conditions of said kitchen utensils.
The burners provided with grills comprising elements and configurations which attempt to help conduct and distribute the flame and the flow of hot gas under the cookware are known from the prior art, such as, for example, the following documents: Patent from the USA 5,701, 881 which describes non-domestic burners that contain some protection which, however, only aim to accommodate the material to be incinerated without maximizing the circulation of the heated gas and the patent application of E.U.A. 2003-232300, which refers to a micro-combustion device used in the manufacture of semiconductors. However, said device comprises closed upper and lower surfaces provided to give a uniform temperature on the heat emitting surfaces instead of pointing to the use of the heated flow under a cooking surface.
Therefore, until now, it can be verified that the burners used in kitchen equipment known in the art could be improved, especially in relation to their efficiency in heat exchange with a kitchen utensil. More specifically, it can be observed that such equipment cooking appliances do not have burners capable of conducting an adequate and maximized heat distribution under the bottom of the utensil, resulting in low heat efficiency. This leads to a high consumption of fuels, mainly to a great loss of heat for the atmosphere.
Objectives of the invention Therefore, an object of the invention is to provide a flame gas diffuser to be applied in the burners of refrigeration equipment in general, where said diffuser is able to significantly improve the efficiency of heat exchange, thus improving the burners of the antecedent technique.
More preferably, an object of the present invention is to provide a combustion gas diffuser comprising technical features that allow a uniform, prolonged and more adequate circulation of such gases under the bottom of the kitchen utensils before they are expelled into the atmosphere. .
Another objective of the present invention is to provide a diffuser comprising barriers extended outwardly on an upper surface, wherein said barriers are arranged in such a way as to form routes or channels to retard the passage of a flow of gas generated when the fuel burns. in the burners.
A further object of the invention is to provide a gas diffuser of the flame that is capable of extending the time in which the gases generated in the burners are kept in contact with a bottom of the utensil, which makes the transfer of heat as high as possible.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION In view of the foregoing, in order to achieve these objectives and technical effects, the present invention relates to a combustion gas diffuser, which improves the operation of the burners arranged in the kitchen equipment, wherein said diffuser comprises at least one body provided with at least one surface comprising an opening for accommodating a burner, and further comprising a plurality of barriers arranged on the surface. In this sense, the barriers are arranged in such a way that they form multiple passage routes to allow the flow of hot gas generated by the flame of the burner to pass, where at least one passageway begins in the vicinity of the opening and ends at the outer radial end of the surface.
In accordance with the present invention, said barriers may comprise arcuate segments, linear segments, triangular segments or also spiral segments. Either way, said bars comprise means for reducing the flow of gas from the burner outlet to the outermost edge of the cooking utensil.
Optionally, said diffuser of the present invention can be applied to a kitchen equipment of the conventional type stove or grill stove.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS The characteristics, advantages and the aforementioned technical effects of the present invention will be better understood by the person skilled in the art based on the exemplary and not limited detailed description given below with respect to the preferred embodiments, and with reference to the schematic figures annexes, where: Figures 1 and 2 illustrate a perspective view of the exemplary embodiments of the flame gas diffuser; Y Figures 3 to 6 illustrate a flat view of the gas diffuser of the flame.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION According to the schematic figures mentioned above, the flame gas diffuser, according to the present invention, comprises a lining 1 provided with a central opening 2 in which the burner of the kitchen equipment is arranged, wherein on the surface 4 of said lining 1 the barriers 3 are arranged, wherein said barriers are properly arranged and positioned to promote routes and extended passageways to allow the flow of hot gas generated by the burners to pass.
As can be seen from the appended figures, it is possible to carry out a number of variations in the configurations with respect to the arrangement and arrangement of said barriers 3. More particularly, figures 1 to 4, illustrate mere examples of configurations, in those said barriers 3 are in a shape capable of retaining or interrupting, at least partially, the flow of continuous gas generated by the flame of the burner. In other words, said barriers 3 are provided to disengage or rotate the gas flow beneath the bottom of the cooking utensil, causing the reduction in the velocity of this flow and, as a result, the time in which such gases remain in contact. with said kitchen utensil is increased as well as the levels and the efficiency of the heat exchange in them.
With respect to this, it is observed that the barriers 3 form passage routes and / or extended channels that allow to pass the flow of hot gas generated by the flame of the burner. In fact, such routes are defined integrally by the composition between the barriers 3, the surface 4 and (not shown) the underside of the kitchen utensil (not shown). Optionally, said lower face of the kitchen utensil can be replaced by a plate disposed between said barriers 3.
As mentioned above, the appended figures show exemplary embodiments of the diffuser of the present invention. In this sense, Figure 1 shows an embodiment in which said barriers 3 have an arched shape or arcuate spherical shape which are arranged in such a way that the gas flow of the flame is retained or partially or substantially interrupted in such a way that it is limited to passing to through the areas or spaces between said barriers 3 before being expelled. Figure 2 illustrates a mode in which said barriers 3 comprise a predominantly triangular shape, which are also placed to maximize the circulation of hot air and the permanence under the kitchen utensil. Figure 3 refers to a modality comprising barriers 3 formed by segments substantially straight and spaced apart from each other.
Figure 4 shows another exemplary embodiment, in which the barriers 3 are formed by substantially elliptical segments which are arranged to block the direct passage of heated air from the segments proximal to the burner.
In an alternative embodiment of the diffuser according to the present invention, a central opening 2 disposed in the body 1 can be the burner itself of a kitchen utensil. According to said embodiment, a burner structure itself comprises a diffuser formed by a body 1 whose upper surface is provided with a series of barriers 3 that are properly arranged and placed to form passage routes and channels to allow the flow of hot gas generated by the flame of the burner.
In another alternative embodiment, a surface 4 of the body 1 can be constituted by a texture that forms a non-smooth surface, i.e., has some grooves or protuberances that can help retain water or reduce the velocity of the gases.
Clearly, despite the fact that the appended figures illustrate modalities whose lining 1 is circular, this form is not essential, since it depends exclusively on the design and basic aesthetic decoration required by the kitchen team.
In addition, it is possible to provide a flame gas diffuser whose barriers 3 comprise combining and mixing shapes, for example, the barriers in an arched form combined with a triangular shape or a segmented shape combined with a sinuous shape, etc.
