Abstract

La presente invención proporciona un método para la síntesis de biomoléculas marcadas con 18F, la cual es manejable para automatización. La presente invención también proporciona un casete para la automatización del método de la invención. El método de la presente invención proporciona numerosas ventajas sobre los métodos de la técnica anterior. Se requiere de un paso de menos purificación según comparado con métodos conocidos. También se requiere de menos reactivo ya que un reactivo particular es empleado en dos diferentes pasos. El procedimiento químico de esta manera es simplificado, el costo de artículos se reduce y la carga de validación y documentación de reactivos requeridos para la producción clínica de GMP se reduce al mínimo.
