Abstract

La presente invención pertenece al campo del diagnóstico molecular multietiológico y de enfermedades emergentes mediante el uso de arreglos de DNA, más específicamente la invención provee de oligonucleótidos incluidos en un arreglo, para la detección de microrganismos que pueden causar la enfermedad diarreica. Dicho arreglo conteniendo los oligonucleótidos que corresponden a Escherichia coli enteroagregativa, Eschenchia coli enterohemorrá gica, Escherichia coli enterotoxigénica, Escherichia coli enteropatógena, Escherichia coli enteroinvasiva, Giardia intestinalis, Blastocystishominis, Entamoeba histolytica/dispar, Cryptosporidiumparvum, Shigella ssp. Escherichia coli uropatogénica, Salmonella entérica, Vibrio cholerae, entre otros patógenos causantes de enfermedades gástricas en humanos o animales. El arreglo consiste en inmovilizar en un soporte, a dichos oligonucleótidos una vez amplificados mediante la técnica PCR. El arreglo puede ser un microarreglo o un macroarreglo, y se incluye como parte de las modalidades su disposición como biochip ya sea macrochip o microchip.
